Responsibilities GENERAL DUTIES Monitor communications (Navy messages, email, verbal tasking) for Cybersecurity issues and provide findings to the F-CYBO and staff. Assess policy changes for impact to Fleet stakeholders and provide feedback on suggested changes. Represent the F-CYBO at meetings, prepare visual aids, record minutes. Develop technical documentation. Develop training materials and conduct training events. Conduct integrated Cyber Warfare readiness assessments and Ship's Force training. Identify, analyze and present trends in Cyber related CASREP and trouble ticket data to tailor readiness training. Support CNSP Training Readiness Reviews (TRRs), Occupational Standards (OCCSTDs) reviews, stakeholder feedback requests, and Training Effectiveness Evaluations (TEEs). Plan, track and report cybersecurity inspection requirements and assist ships to prepare for inspections. Provide cyber operations support to include assessing impacts of new threats, vulnerabilities, and requirements. Develop and track Cyber-related metrics. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of consistent experience in Navy afloat networks and Cyber Operations. BS Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Cyber Engineering, Information Technology or related technical field required. An additional 8 years of relevant experience (15 years total) may be substituted for the degree requirement. Required Certifications:
Security
or higher (CISSP, CYSP, CASP). Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. Please note:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
