0 Full-time 6 hours ago Full Job Description Supports the Director of Marketing (DOM) and Assistant Director of Marketing (ADOM) in the execution of marketing tactics for the resort.
Assists in administration of all aspects of marketing/branding tactics, including but not limited to:
coordination of production schedules; facilitation of print collateral, F&B menus and signage design and printing; website content updates; oversight of image, video and other marketing material libraries; administration of purchase orders and invoice processing; administrative coordination of media and VIP visits; creation of written, photographic and video content; other administrative tasks as needed.
This position serves as a key member of the on-site marketing team and a liaison to outside agencies and contracted vendors/service providers.
Keys to Success:
Builds a close alignment with Hotel del Coronado departments and outside vendors.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at once.
Attention to detail, accuracy and excellent proofreading skills are essential.

Essential Functions:
Tactical Marketing Execution Collateral Production:
Coordinates production schedules, managing internal project communications and external vendor communication to meet deadlines for various projects, ranging from print collateral, F&B menus, signage, ad trafficking and more.
Accounting Process:
Responsible for creation of purchase orders and timely processing of department invoices.
Media & VIP Visits:
Coordinate all aspects of media visits and assist with coordination of FAM trips as needed.
Website Content:
Assists with updates to Brand.
com, vanity website and third party website (Where applicable) content, including upkeep of images, special offers, landing pages and other site content.
Content Creation:
Skills in photography, videography and copy writing to assist the department in content creation are a plus.
Asset Library Coordination:
Oversee the organization of photo, video and marketing material libraries.
Team Contributor:
Participate as an active and engaged member of the marketing team.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY Strong written and verbal communication skills, sufficient to facilitate marketing projects Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail An eye for graphic design and photography Ability to effectively work with fellow Team Members and outside vendors Ability to coordinate projects effectively - ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under time and resource constraints Copywriting and Copyediting Software/Program Skills/Knowledge:
Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel & Outlook) Social Media channels and other applications CMS (such as WordPress) Email Marketing Platforms Project Management Systems (such as Monday.
com) Photoshop, InDesign, and Video Editing Experience is Helpful Photography and Videography Skills a Plus QUALIFICATION STANDARDS Education:
High School Diploma required Four year college degree preferred Emphasis in marketing, public relations or graphic design preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years combined marketing, advertising, and/or ecommerce marketing experience.
Prior hotel/travel industry experience preferred The pay range for this role is between $21 to $23 per hour depending on experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
