The job consist of spending time between a kiosk and dock located at the Coronado Ferry Landing shopping center in Coronado CA where we launch our jet skis.
A preferred candidate will have previous water vessel rental operation experience.
Positions available as manager, assistant manager and dock attendant.
Responsibilities:
Welcomes customer with a friendly and positive attitude Retrieves customer reservation if one is available or creates a new reservation Instructs customer with the checkout process and forms to fill out Educates customer on the safety operations of jet skis in San Diego Bay Have a good knowledge of local waterways and provides guidance to customers Have a good knowledge of rental equipment capabilities and limitations Assist customers getting on and off of vessel Conducts vessel servicing inspection prior to launch Fuel and wash jet skis Perform other duties as required Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills Great customer service and sales skills Upon hire, completion of boating license Valid drivers license required Willingness to be trained in admin, jet ski operations and safety Detailed oriented Physical requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing Must be able to lift 50 lbs at times Must be able to spend a good amount of time outdoors Education and
Experience:
For manager position, past experience in a water vessel operation required Recommendations highly encouraged High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Background checks will be performed prior to hiring Job Types:
