Hammett Health Insurance Services is a benefits and insurance firm that is hiring a full time Benefit Processor.
This position is responsible for servicing our client's employee benefits packages including Medical, Dental, Vision, and other products.
We are seeking an experienced team-oriented benefit processor who has expert organizational skills, and pays the utmost attention to detail and quality work.
This rewarding position in our fast paced office environment includes a comprehensive benefits package and company culture created around wellness and teamwork.
Base Hourly range is $19-$23.
Responsibilities - Ownership of Enrollments and terminations in the carrier portals - Ownership of enrollment audit process - Process Employee applications - Add Cobra beneficiaries to Cobra Vendor site.
- Create and follow up with missing information needed for enrollments and terms.
- Employee name/address changes - Pull invoices and renewals.
- Send off quote requests to Warner Pacific - Keep Renewal List up to date.
- Renewal Preparation Qualifications, Education, and Background:
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
- Finds joy in utilizing your STRONG Microsoft Excel skills.
- Be level headed and in control in a high volume environment.
- Be passionate about organizing and making sure things are done right.
- Be a great communicator, with no patience for typos or poor grammar.
- Enjoy figuring things out, from creating new processes to learning new technology.
Salary:
$30.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
