The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the parish office, ensuring that the organization is performing efficiently and all interactions with the public are handled effectively, with care & compassion.
The Office Manager will be the liaison with outsourced Accounting, IT, and HR services, and will partner with the Accounting Department, Treasurer and Rector in managing the operating budget.
This role will also write and distribute organizational communications.
This full-time role does require working on Sundays, and the rest of the weekly schedule is negotiable.
The chosen candidate will have proven experience successfully overseeing office operations, coordinating with volunteers, managing the logistics of office space, and writing in a business capacity.
Prior experience with marketing and Social Media is a big plus.
While the Business Administrator does not need to be Episcopal, it would help to have a religious background or some knowledge of Christian faith.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
