We have a new career opportunity for a Sous Chef in Coronado, CA.
Reporting to our Executive Chef, you will be responsible for food production for the retail caf√ and catering services. The Sous Chef will ensure recipe and regulatory compliance, assist in placing orders, conducting inventory and maintaining the kitchen sanitation program.
Qualifications for the Sous Chef include current/prior BOH supervisory experience in a healthcare environment, computer literacy, full HACCP knowledge and ServSafe certification. Culinary degree or formal culinary training is preferred.

Leads food preparation at one station of a foodservice operation (i.e., salads, soups). May supervise less than two full time employees.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
