Mid-Level ACU 5 On-Site Representative

ICI Services is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team in support of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Coronado, CA. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Services, and Technical Services to government clients in 20 states and the District of Columbia. We need a Mid-Level ACU 5 On-Site Representative ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.
Security Clearance:
Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance
Individual assists in representing Amphibious Warfare Program Office, PMS 377, interests with consideration of Fleet concerns and needs.
Provides oversight of LCAC SLEP availability and In-service efforts.
Develops and implements innovative solutions to address requirements in a budget constrained environment.
Provides on-site representative support to the ACU 5 Command at Camp Pendleton, CA
Liaises with PMS 377 to assist in identification and resolution of Fleet issue with LCAC in-service craft and preparations for transition to SSC craft
Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks at ACU 5 for PMS 377
Maintains and manages the customer interface at the all levels of the Fleet command and Acquisition offices
Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items
Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs
Provides quality assurance, communicates goals, objectives, and policies
Provides financial management and project administration support
Experience Requirements:
Must be well experienced in Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) craft
Naval Landing Craft operational experience is expected
3 years of experience working in ACU 5 or other Assault Craft Unit
5 years of experience working with LCAC craft
10 years of professional experience in the Defense sustainment and/or acquisition process
Demonstrated understanding of the DoD contracts and contract analysis and knowledge of DoD contracting processes in the technical or program area specified area
Ability to generate technical information reports
Educational Requirements:
BS in Engineering or other related field required. This may be substituted with 12 years' experience in the field of engineering

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
