Joint Military Analyst, Mid
Key Role:
Provide professional leadership and military systems expertise through onsite assistance stationed overseas. Demonstrate expertise in superb client delivery by diplomatically coordinating and providing support to both the military client and international military personnel as the end-user customer. Provide technical writing and comprehension and provide guidance and training. Demonstrate expertise in teamwork by collaborating with onsite assigned personnel. This position is located in the MENA region with limited visits back to the US.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a US military officer at O3-O4 level, senior enlisted leader at E6-E8 level, or civilian equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheet expertise and developing PowerPoint briefings
Experience with providing military or Joint expertise in one or more of the following areas: training, including curriculum development, training course accreditation, setting up training programs, training requirements determination or apprenticeship program development and operation, manpower and personnel management, including Military Manpower requirements determination, personnel management, including distribution, promotion system, or performance assessment, G1, A1, or J1 expertise, civilian personnel management or military career planning or path development, Joint targeting or intelligence support, including technical knowledge of targeting or intelligence systems, such as at the Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC), or Joint Task Force, Joint Operational planning, including JOPES, campaign planning, a J5 country desk officer role or strategy development, acquisition, including an acquisition program at the action officer level, facilities, including civil engineering or facilities management, C4I, including systems integration in a Joint environment, such as Joint Staff, DoD, or COCOM, military doctrine development, readiness reporting, or Joint or service logistics, planning, programming, budget, and execution (PPBE)
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Defense Acquisition University Graduate or DAWIA Certification
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with deployments or working overseas
Experience with foreign military personnel, including security assistance and cooperative programs
Experience as Joint staff, Combatant Command staff, or Joint Task Force staff
Experience with the Arabic language a plus
Experience with working in the MENA region a plus
MA or MS degree preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
